# Delete your Fablematics account

A parent can delete an account from any browser, even after uninstalling the app.

## Delete your account

Open the secure web app below and sign in with your parent email. In Settings → Privacy & data, choose Delete parent account. Confirm with a fresh email code or your current parent password, read the consequences, and confirm deletion. No app installation or support call is required.

## What is removed

A confirmed request removes the parent account, its sign-in sessions, cloud learner records and progress, and associated records in our application database. We also request deletion of the RevenueCat customer profile. RevenueCat may complete its deletion asynchronously. Pending family-sync confirmation emails are canceled as part of deletion.

After separate parent permission, apps can synchronize learner profiles and completed discoveries to the family account. Deleting through a browser cannot erase copies on your phone, tablet, or another browser. Use Settings → Privacy & data to remove those learners on each device, or clear that app’s storage.

To stop future sync while keeping the account, choose Withdraw sync permission in Settings → Privacy & data. This preserves local learning, existing cloud records and membership. To request deletion of one learner's synced records while keeping the parent account, use our[support page](https://fablematics.com/support/) from the parent email and tell us which learner the request concerns. We may verify your authority before deleting cloud records. You can remove device-only learner data in the app's Settings → Privacy & data or by clearing that device's app storage. These actions do not cancel a subscription.

Before deletion, you can request an account export using a separate fresh email code or your current parent password. Transaction records retained by Apple, Google or the payment provider for their legal obligations follow their own policies. Support messages and email-delivery logs are handled as described in our [retention policy](https://fablematics.com/privacy/#retention).

## Stop subscription renewals separately

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel with the provider where you paid. You can delete your account immediately even if a subscription remains active.

## If you cannot sign in

Contact us from the parent email and request account deletion. We may verify that you control the account. Do not send passwords, payment details, or a child’s identity documents.
